Very very helpful and cooperative staff, they take utmost pain in making your stay most comfortable, hospitality is par excellence,short of words to praise them. It will be worth mentioning following person in particular whom would never forget for their hospitality, before that let me mention one incident
“It will not be out of context to mention that we had some problem in the room on the day of our check in, but once the matter was reported, at least four staff members came to rectify it,but when the thing went unresolved, the front desk lady Ms. Anu , immediately requested us to shift to one of the suites, after letting us have an inspection of the suite prior to shifting ,this shifting was without any extra cost, people at dinning hall were always willing to serve food as per our choice”
