My family(3 of us) had been to Sterling on Dec26th for 3 days. We were supposed to reach by afternoon pot lunch, but got delayed due to personal reasons. But i got a call from Anu, front office, Sterling enquiring about our arrival. Since it was a very busy week of bookings, she confirmed that we are on our way and assured that our booking is live. After reaching Sterlingat 7:30, we were given a very warm welcome by the front office people and Anu had allotted a beautiful room for us with a lake view, which was one of the best views in the morning. The breakfast spread was exceptonally good, nice flavours on all south indian and continental. The boys in the restaurant, mani, vishnu and a couple more whose name i forgot, need special mention for their service. Always on the run to clear tables and also serve and refill the food. Another person who deserves a mention here is Mr. Raja of outdoor sports, like archery, paint ball and all. He treated the kids really well, made sure they enjoyed those activities. not rude at all for a little bit of extra time. All in all it was a very good experience and can’t forget the team. I always feel, its the people’s treatment which makes a place special and here in sterling with these wonderful people i did feel sogood and enjoyed the holidays with no worries.
One suggestion to the management, please support the waiting/serving staff in the restaurant with trolleys to pick up the plates. They are carrying lot of plates which is risky and also not good for their health.
