I am writing this email to thank you for regd your generosity, hospitality and early check in.
I would like to mention some points which my group and I appreciated it.
Firstly, the hotel staff was very corporative and helpful. They were efficient in organising all the things hassle free. The whole process from check in to check out was streamline and we liked it.
Secondly, the location and view from the resort was very serene. The mountain valley looked beautiful and mesmerising.
Thirdly, the food was up to the mark. Everything was fresh and delicious.
Last but not the least, I want to mention Mr. Lalit for his hospitality and behaviour.
