Stayed for 2 nights . Beautiful property. Worth spending 3 nights . Food is tasty with decent spread . Could be improved on variety with more local vegetables.
Ideal to have a vehicle at ur disposal to see places around located between 20-40 kms away. Looking at the tourist sites around the best time to visit would be soon after rains when waterfalls are in full flow. Weather even in April was cool with a nip in the air early morning. Sultan Battery town 7 kms away is the cleanest Municipality in Kerala with lots of options to buy spices & forest products . Worth visiting several times .
Staff at Sterling is very hospitable and cooperative. Though post COVID the hospitality sector is going thru a rough patch and hence most resorts are under staffed . Understandable as for them it is survival first .
