Sterling resorts at Fernhill. This is my Sixth visit to this place. It has been always pleasant and comfortable stying at Fern hill ooty. The hospiality is always the best, espesially the house keeping staff always smiling and prompt in service. This time the house keeping staff especially Karthik reddy was excellant in assisting any time.
