It’s about 10mins drive from the market. The place has an old world charm. Owing to its rich heritage the place is adorned with old artifacts and also has a bar. The room that we booked had a nice view of the morning sun. The best part about the place was the snow capped view of Mount Kanchenjunga. A nice bourne fire in the evening gave the place a cozy n warm look. Food was good and flavourful. The staff were very hospitable and helpful. They had also arranged a taxi for us to visit the local market. Morgan House, Golf course is a few minutes of uphill drive from there.
We had issues with card payment as the amount was debited from our side but not credited to their account. The person handling transaction was very polite and simply asked us to forward the message through whatsapp and the rest was later taken care of.
The washroom however needed cleaning and maintenance. Rest was good and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
