We had a amazing stay at Fern hill. Beautiful property..seems to be the largest in Ooty. Close to 100 % occupancy and staff was managing it very effectively. Complements to the GM Mr. Sumesh. The way F&B manager Mr. Yogesh was giving personalised attention was great. We were holidaying with 2 infants va d kids , he ensured we get few dishes personalised in Buffet. House keeping manager Aftab gave us an apartment with excellent views. Overall a very good stay.
