Writing this review after staying for 5 nights in this resort, it was really a amazing experience in Sterling Munnar because the location is far from main town so it’s bit cold and between lush green tea plantation. Just wanted to convey a huge “Thank You” to the wonderful staff at Sterling Munnar, for their excellent support during our stay. We were there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and they made an excellent arrangements to make this day rememberable. Right from Jaffer, to Shine and Bala in Housekeeping – everyone ensured that we had a perfect stay. I must say that the staff and services are good and during our stay Mr. Bala made sure that the housekeeping provide impeccable service without any delay.
