Excellent hospitality from the moment we arrived till we left.
The Exec. Asstt Manager, Rajesh, was tireless in showing us around the property and offering us a choice of rooms if we wished to change it (which we didn’t ads we had the best located room !
The senior chef and his deputy, Chinmaya,b were both excellent in providing whatever we asked for, starting from a simple but delicious dal, to the best penne arabiata white, that I’ve ever had. The senior chef also wonderfully entertained us with his beautifully sung old melodies.
The waiting staff, housekeeping, luggage staff, all were extremely courteous and prompt.
Excellent massages at the spa too.
And of course the best located property in Ooty.
All in all, very highly recommended.
Would love to go again.
