LOCATION: Hill top . Excellent valley views from my 2 bedroom family suite. Plan transportation before hand. On demand transportation could be challenging unless you would like to experience “tuk-tuk”/ autorickshaw- a popular mode of transportation in city. YMMV depending on tuk- tuk driver and negotiated price . SERVICE/ STAFF: Excellent. Most were eager to help. Only few lacked knowledge to help but asked someone else to guide me appropriately. Food: Best Indian cuisine I ever had in years at a resort. Mix of North Indian and South Indian cuisine. Menu changes daily . Restaurant and bar are on site. Be aware that the Continental/ Western cuisine foot print is minimal. No Stakes or Pizza. TRAVEL CENTER: Very helpful and knowledgeable about local activities and sight seeing. I would recommend renting Sedan/ compact SUV or full or half day( it comes with driver who also doubles as tour guide). Breathtaking beauty that rivals Swiss lowlands, Scottish highlands and lush green forests of Maui in Hawaii. SPA: spa on site is one of the top ranking experience of the resort and is highly recommended. Room Service: Excellent and prompt service. MANAGEMENT : Best experience I ever had in any resort/ hotel (We are Disney Vacation Club members). Manager of the resort made himself available to me prior to reservation , during reservation and also during our stay. In fact on last day he paid us visit to make sure everything was upto our satisfaction and our stay was comfortable.
