I am writing this comment after an extended stay of 30+ days at sterling resort karwar.
I must bring to your notice,that your pillars of strength and pride is your staff. The unit is outstandingly run by your GM Mr Rajesh.
The front desk team is always warm and cordial towards answering our queries in a patient and professional manner. Kudos to Ms Parveen Ms Vilma and Mr Sahil. The hotel though not in its pristine condition like it used to be in 2016/17, but still attracts people is solely due to these men and women who go out of their way to make people’s stay as comfortable as it can be.
The restaurant staff gives you a personal touch ,they go out of the way to keep people happy. An extraordinary set of humble men and women who thinks work is worship,big applause to Mr. Rahul ,
Mr. Ajay , Mr Gajanand, Ms Supritha, Mr Aravind, Mr Prasad, Mr Nixon and Mr Aman
If we tend to stay long at a place.we invariably find faults..but in our case it was none. It is to their credit that the house keeping staff comprising of Mr Prashant, Mr Sharath Mr Nagesh and Mr Prajot who did their jobs with extraordinary dedication commitment and absolute promptness.The cleaning was meticulous, even the extra laundry at times were catered without a frown.which had come extremely handy during monsoons.
This team should be preserved at any cost. They are one of most synchronised workmanship team, i have come across in recent times…this team will take the hotel to its yesteryear glory and much beyond ..My wife joins me in applauding such a courteous, ever smiling and a caring team which made us feel like home in Karwar…i will definitely recommend for a stay at sterling resorts, Karwar…
