Best time to visit is right before diwali or late october. Tourist traffic is minimum at these times. It is a lovely resort. You may not see snowfall at the resort itself at this time but you can drive to solang or further for it. You can see snow falling on the mountains in a distance from here. Staff is super polite. The resort is superior class. Wonderful views. One can definitely have a good time here.
