We loved our stay at the Sterling Ooty Fern hill!
Sterling made it a memorable trip with their excellent on time service and care. As always, the sterling rooms were very neat, spacious and comfortable.
Mr. yogesh, the manager at the resort took utmost care of our food and stay. We enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast and dinner buffets at the restaurant in the resort.
Even when my husband fell sick, Mr. Yogesh and Mrs. Kausalya helped us get the medicines in time and arranged food for us accordingly.
The staff are also warm and welcoming.
Mrs. Rukmani, the housekeeping staff was very courteous and friendly.
Overall, a very happy and plesant stay.
