Dear Sir ,
MEMBERSHIP NO. 5925 A
My stay at PURI resort was very nice and comfortable . This is I think my 10 th time stay at PURI during last 20 years .
I have felt the improvement and change in attitude this time which was not available previously.
MOSTLY THE CHANGE FELT :
1 CHECK IN : As the booking voucher indicated the type of room and confirmed , there was no difficulty in
getting the right rooms . Earlier it was on the mercy of reception clerk or the manager to allot the
rooms . My experience during the stay in Nov,21 is that I had to wait for 2 hours and the Manager showed
different type of rooms and finally gave back side rooms where all insects were found .
NOW IT IS A GREAT CHANGE AS THE ROOMS ARE INDICATED IN RESERVATION VOUCHER .

2 FOOD : There is a remarkable change in food quality and service in restaurant . The Manager is also checking the service part and
taking the feed back of occupants .

Other wise the environment , pathways, swimming pool etc are developed and well maintained . Now it is a good place to stay .
The parking area need to be improved with proper sheds .
