I have been staying on vacation in Sterling Puri for several years now.
Recently I stayed for three nights (25-27 July) with another couple who I hosted. I was pleasantly surprised with the huge improvement in the quality of service and the maintenance especially housekeeping since my last stay.
There is a new professionalism among the staff and response time has improved significantly. My friends – the couple from Kolkata who I hosted were also very impressed with the resort. Since they are very well travelled I hold their opinion in great regard.
I must congratulate Mr Ranjeet Nanda – the Manager Front Office who must have contributed to this improvement in some measure, for his oversight. I hope this positive change will sustain over time.
