Good day,
Our stay was very exciting and the rooms were very comfortable ,spacious ,neat &tidy
It was a twin bedroom and we were 5 adults and a kid aged 10 years and the room was very apt and well maintained in all respects.
The staff were very helpful .A special thanks to the staff at discovery centre(indoor games) for guiding my 10 year old son through various games .
We had breakfast at the resort on both the days of the stay and it was very delicious with wide varieties and all of us enjoyed it very well.
The staff at the restaurant were very polite and helpful with selection of food and offering some discounts as well.However I felt a shortage for cutlery and felt that the department was understaffed to meet the morning rush.
The checkin checkout procedures were very simple and fast ,Thanks to the staff at the front desk.
We had a great experience there and look forward to come back there again.
