We had been to this hotel for Diwali holidays…One of our friend got sick at midnight during our stay there..Hotel manager arranged a vehicle & helped us to reach good private hospital in ooty..After discharge, they frequently visited us to inquire about health & provided simple food in room itself..We are thankful to all the staff there for helping us in that situation. I recommend this hotel for sure.
