We reached in the wee hours of the morning and were attended to by Rishi, who helped us settle in comfortably. Incidentally he was also present at the time of our billing and check out which went off smoothly.
The room was always kept clean by the housekeeping staff who was always attentive to our needs.
We enjoyed our meals at the resort. Chef Sher Singh made sure the food was tasty and varied. Mr Xavier and his team which included Jayaprakash, the ever smiling Tulika, Sijo, Manoj, Bisham and Saidur were exceptionally hospitable at the restaurant.
Special mention to Devigi and Dhanalakshmi and the rest for a beautiful and well maintained garden.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience, thanks to the staff who made us feel truly welcome and at home.
