We stayed in the family suite and I must say, this was one of the best accommodations at Ooty. Awesome view, cleanliness and in-room facilities. Decent check-in experience with friendly front-desk staff. Prompt crew. Special call-out for Tulika stationed at Cafe-Blu who is doing a commendable job of assuring best-in-class hospitality for guests. Lastly, gratitude to the hotel manager. Overall, would recommended this property at Ooty.
