We stayed in a studio room in floor 1. Room was very very spacious and well maintained with a beautiful view of the mountain. Linens and washrooms were excellent. Food was very delicious and catered as per our request. All the staff from the front desk, restaurant (Mr. Pradeep- special mention), housekeeping were very courteous and friendly. They have a centralised room heater which is usually adequate. It was turned off on the last 2 days of our stay since the rooms were not keeping full. Though a pillar heater was immediately provided on our request, we felt they could have informed it prior.
Overall memorable experience! Would highly recommend
