I wanted to appreciate the hospitality of the Fern resort ooty. They shifted us immediately into a bigger room when we weren’t comfortable in our earlier room and also took extremely good care of us. I want to mainly call out the hospitality of Asst Manager Yogesh from F&B team as he took great care of us whilst our stay here. We are Jain’s and have allergies to a couple of food product, Yogesh personally took interest in our food preparation and ensure it was steamy hot whenever we came down for meals. It is people like Yogesh that make our stay super memorable.
