Since I’m a frequent guest who had visited more than 10 times to Puri Sterling . I had recently met a Help desk person in reception named Miss Amina , whom I was very comfortable with her for any need during the stay. She was very kind enough to help us at any point of time during our stay . Through her only I had booked room during this stay in 25 th October 2022. Thank you Amina for your arrangement surprise cake cutting on our wedding day . So sweet of her . I hv noticed her not only with me but to other guests also she was very polite n kind enough to handle their queries. During our check out time also she came n spoke gently to my whole family members. Thank you Amina.
