Sterling Puri is a cosy property to spend time with family. It’s location is along the coastal line. So beaches are close by. We enjoyed our stay there. Hotel reception Manager Aditya was very well mannered and helpful in making our stay comfortable. There is a way to a small beach across the hotel too.
Jagannath Temple is close by. In 1& 1/2 km along the coast is the market for handloom and silk. All shops have same price with difference of just Rs.200/- or so for silk sarees. In 3 to 4 km is the VIP road where we enjoyed local cousins and silk purchase as well. Famous Pattachitra paintings are available for sale at the hotel itself by an artist at reasonable price. These paintings are more expensive in the famous village of artists Raghurajpur. Heavy bargaining is to be done there though more variety available.
