I had planned a trip with my parents to Madurai-Rameshwaram-Kanyakumari and on my way back to Bangalore I had planned a pitstop at Madurai again and my Sterling V Grand really took good care of us. Muthu and front office team is excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It is an old property but the hygiene and cleanliness is maintained feasible good. My stay was very comfortable and since I am a North Indian who has been residing in South for quite sometime now I crave for North Indian home food and the food served was really good and fresh. Each and everyone in the hotel took really good care of us. I informed Muthu that I am on a road trip with my parents and was a single driver. He understood the situation extremely well and actioned everything on his own.The basic amenities in the room were already placed.I did not had to bother to call room service again and again. Thank you for taking care of us and making my stay comfortable. The swiftness in service makes this place a 5 out of 5 to come again and travellers of all kinds can expect (Pligrim, Family, work related) a very good service and response. I am definitely coming back to this hotel anytime I have to go to Madurai.
