I recently travelled to Nainital in order to visit Kainchi Dham and stayed at The Sterling Hotel. I had a fantastic stay at the hotel — the staff were friendly and informative, the room was clean and spacious, with great views onto the surrounding hills. Particularly good was the food and the service within the restaurant, especially from Manoj Bisht, one of the waiting staff. Every meal I ate there, Manoj was incredibly professional and helpful, displaying excellent customer services skills. If you’re visiting Nainital, I’d really recommend you stay at the Sterling Hotel.
