I had visited Sterling ooty exactly a year back 2nd May 2022 my mom’s b-day 72 yes old then…wanted to make her birthday memorable and Lo and Behold An angel in disguise walks into Sterling ooty from their Nahagement Top Level and made my moms birthday remarkably Beautiful and memorable…will never forget this Angel like Management person of Sterling ooty named PRATESH PATIL… a god sent angel who made all arrangements perrrrrfect beautiful for an old 72 yrs my mom… My mom too remembers it till date and on her birthday today she is sending tonnes of blessings to this Angel….thank u Sterling to have such Gem of persons in ur Hospitality Industry…these gems make Sterling what it stands yoday for it’s name….thank u Sir from bottom of our hearts for ur generosity politeness, kind hearted ness….God bless u!!!!
