I have a wonderful experience at sterling ooty -fern hill. Location is awesome. Rooms and amenities provided by the resort are excellent. All staff members of sterling ooty fern hill are kind and helpful. I have experienced best ever service from the support staff especially from house keeping (Ms. Sinthiya) she founds very polite and quick in service. I recommend everyone to have a vacation at sterling ooty fern hill once.
