Exceptional service and hospitality received during our( my friends and I ) recent stay at the property. Our trip was planned to include a visit to Kedarnath and the snowpods at Makku Math, followed by a check-in at Sterling Palm Bliss Rishikesh on the 6th of May and check-out on the 7th of May. However, due to heavy snowfall, we were unable to visit Kedarnath, and everything was closed due to bad weather.
In this difficult situation, I called the Sterling hotline to inquire if we could have an early check-in or if there were any extra rooms available. Unfortunately, the response I received was not very helpful. However, when I reached out to Ms. Sonia Kumari, the in-charge of Sterling Rishikesh, she went above and beyond to help us out. She arranged for us to have an early check-in at a tie-up property of Sterling and ensured that we had a comfortable stay from check-in to check-out.
I must also commend the staff for their exceptional service. Ashish, the staff member at the dining area, welcomed us with a warm smile and asked us what he could get for us, which made us feel very welcome. Although I do not recall the names of the other 2-3 staff members, they were also very helpful and made our stay very pleasant.
Overall, I must say that the property was amazing, and the level of service we received was outstanding. It is people like Ms. Sonia Kumari and your staff members who keep Sterling’s reputation intact. We had an enjoyable stay and look forward to staying at Sterling’s property again in the future.
