Excellent ambience, great food, fantastic service, hospitality, staff and maintenance. Quick response to any complaints/ assistance is the hallmark. Staff, especially Mr.Basanta in Restaurant, Narottam in Room service, and all the reception staff have made our stay a memorable one.
