We visited this property in the first week of November. Stayed for 4 nights. Room selected was Mountain view AC super deluxe room. We stayed in room no. 202. The room had a balcony, sitting in which you can enjoy your tea with an awesome view of the valley. On the left hand side you can see the lake too. Rooms were very clean. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Food was good too.
The hotel is located on a hill. So there isn’t any restaurant or shops within 3-4 kms.
The booking is done by the Gujrat office. The customer service lady told me on call that there is a lift in the hotel. But there isn’t any. Our room was on the second floor. Did not make any difference to us as the hotel staff carries your luggage to your room. But in case there are senior citizens with you, think accordingly. To get a good view, select a room on the 2nd floor.
Few suggestions to hotel management – 1) Pls ask all the staff to wear a mask.
2) Pls fix a net on the bathroom windows as many insects enter the bathroom post evening.Overall a very good experience. Would definitely recommend others to stay in this hotel.
