Everything from the welcome drink, the luggage assistance, the elegant rooms, wonderful in-room facilities, luscious dining, serene greenery and relaxing pool were top notch. The guest reception was truly impressive. Saibaba was of great help for luggage handling. Bhaskar ensured that we had a seamless and comfortable experience during checkout and was really delighted to see us leave on a pleasant note. We had a few minor inconveniences at the restaurant once during lunch, but the whole place was brilliantly and effectively managed by Pabitra and Rambabu.
The resort is set in a picturesque scenery and so I took great pleasure in using it in the literal sense. Many peaceful memories preserved in the beautiful images taken. The buffet at dinner and the complimentary breakfast, won my heart more than my appetite. Some of the dishes could do well with some improvement (the prawn biryani was a major dissatisfaction).
The rooms and the residential building were classic, vintage and had a grand look. All amenities were mostly functioning and were well maintained (the hair drier in my room was not working). I spent a lot of time in the pool which simply has the best view of the local eco environment that I know of.
Most problems were small and manageable. Maintenance and renovations were also going on, which although undesirable now will make it better in the future. I appreciate Bhaskar’s passionate work again and hope to visit again sometime.
