Sterling Nainital had called us to confirm a day before our arrival and I had informed them that one of my family members has difficulty climbing stairs.
The resort is situated at some distance from the market area so the views are good and atmosphere is tranquil . No maddening crowd around you and the resort is well maintained with big area and adequate parking space Downside is having a vehicle is essential
Check in was smooth as butter and within 5 minutes of arrival all formalities were over and we along with our luggage had landed in the room.In keeping with my request they had allotted a room to us in the building housing the dining hall to minimise walking
Rooms are big and clean and the decor and furniture is good with good view of mountains.
Room service is very prompt and rooms cleaned daily to maintain it spic and span with toiletries replenished daily
Food at kitchen is very tasty and the whole staff is hovering around you like doting mothers to ensure that you eat well
I wish I could give more than 5 out of five
Should I name some individuals?But that would be unfair as every member of Sterling Nainital goes out of their way to see that your stay is comfortable
