I am sterling member. WE Stayed at Sterling Karwar for 3 nights. It was a great, memorable stay. The location, Cleanliness, housekeeping, Food, hospitality was beyond imagination. The front desk manager upgraded our room from classic (hotel unit) to suite category with wonderful view of river, sea & mountains. Let me mention the F&B InCharge Mr. Prem Kumar who has given us a special attention & care. He was always ready to serve us the food of our choice. Even he managed to give food parcel to us which was useful to us when we went for site seeing. He even delivered us banana milk shake at activity room & lunch in the room. Sterling is running with such loyal & hard-working employees. Mr. Gajanan helped us in travel related issue. Miss Anguri can’t be forgotten for her smiling services. Room service, Check in smoothness, humbleness & fast services of staff deserve full marks.
