Had a lovely time here over a few days this July.
This is a 40-year-old property, and attracts more of a family crowd. It’s just a kilometre or so from the bus stand. You can easily walk to send from town if you want to visit shops and restaurants, or go down to the lake.
The property is gorgeous and beautifully maintained. As you’d expect, there’s a stunning view of the lake from the lawns that you can take in for hours.
The staff were attentive and took great care of us. Hats off to the GM Amar Nath for expertly running a tight ship.
We also enjoyed the large breakfast spreads, the evening tea stall set up in the garden, and the murgh tikka biryani was especially delicious.
I’d happily recommend this resort to folks looking for a quiet getaway with easy access to town.
