We were in a short holiday as a family and will say it was an amazing stay. We got a very good service. The staff was very sweet and friendly whether at the reception of at the restaurant. They adjusted to our requests and ensured it was as requested. They were very professional at the same time. Overall, will say a good hotel with good staff and would suggest Sterling Elk Hill always.
