Hospitality was good.. security, front desk, restaurant, house-keeping, spa services.. entire staff were courteous and responsive.
We can give full marks for the resort location, beautiful and serene..
Food was good.. we tried breakfast and lunch…
The only hiccup was the Classic Room that was allotted to me… it looked like a bunker (but view through window was good).. I wanted a room change but my family insisted to stay as the bunker set-up was new to them..
Stayed for 2 nights, the front desk offered me a room change the second day evening 6 PM but I didn’t go as I had to check out the next day. felt like I was not able to thoroughly enjoy the luxury of Sterling. so my advice, before booking go through all their room types and be very specific with your expectations with front desk team…
Overall, it was a pleasant stay with family…
