The resort was very well maintained, and the outside ambience was very pleasing. The rooms were spacious, and we had a room with a grand view of the kodai lake that we could see as soon as we open our eyes in the morning .. such a picturesque view. The buffet breakfast and dinner and the a la carte both were very good, and the chef and the staff were so very courteous and attentive to every small detail that we wanted customized in our menu. Chef Nitesh was so very good that he helped us choose what we were looking for and also served it to us personally with such love and care that we felt pampered. The front desk staff Ms. Abirami was such a rare gem… Punctual when we needed any service. be it booking a cab or any other guidance. right from the process of checking in to every small detail was taken care of by her with such a pleasant smile and patience and she also organized a small cake cutting ceremony for my birthday which happened when I was there at the resort. On the whole it was awesome and all the staff very polite.
