I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional hospitality and service I received during my recent stay at Sterling Resorts from 2nd November to 8th November, under my membership ID 31932, in the name of Mr. Ankit / Ms. Shalini Khilnani(my mother-in-law) .
Having been a loyal guest at Sterling Resorts since childhood—a journey that spans over decades —I have had the privilege of interacting with various General Managers over the years. However, none have left a more profound impact on me than Mr. Naveen Mohan.
Mr. Mohan’s warmth, attention to detail, and dedication went above and beyond, making this stay truly memorable. His commitment to guest satisfaction is exceptional, and from the moment I arrived, he ensured that every aspect of my experience was seamlessly managed. Working closely with the housekeeping head, Mr. Shailender, and restaurant head, Mr. Chandra Shekhar, he made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed at all times. Their attentive and personal approach, made me feel genuinely cared for and at ease.
In addition to their outstanding service, I want to highlight the remarkable improvement in the quality and taste of the food. During my last stay in March, I was disappointed and ended up eating most of my meals outside. However, this time, I was delighted with the flavors and quality of every meal. It feels like a new chef and team may be in place, and I am truly grateful for the effort put into making the dining experience so enjoyable. As someone who visits Sterling almost three to four times a year, I hope the chef and team remain, as they have elevated the culinary experience immensely ..
Mr. Chandra Shekhar, who personally managed my dietary requirements, with the chef kindly customizing meals to meet my specifications. This thoughtful attention made my stay unforgettable, and I felt truly valued as a guest.
Every team member I interacted with, from those serving food in the room to the restaurant and housekeeping staff, were incredibly kind and gracious. They worked tirelessly, and their dedication and care did not go unnoticed.
Mr. Naveen Mohan went above and beyond in accommodating my last-minute changes to the room booking. Although I had initially reserved a 2-bedroom unit, I ended up needing only one bedroom due to a last-minute cancellation by the other guest. Additionally, for two nights, I had only secured studio bookings, but Mr. Mohan kindly arranged for me to continue staying in the 2-bedroom unit without requiring a shift. Moreover, he thoughtfully adjusted the charges, billing only for the utility of a 1-bedroom. This exceptional flexibility and care truly exceeded my expectations, demonstrating an extraordinary level of service that I am incredibly grateful for.
He also gave me the room number I asked for -1602 , (in which I always stay) .. I had requested this just 1 night before my arrival .
Additionally I would also like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Jayalani, who went out of his way to assist with my return journey arrangements.
His efforts to ensure my journey home were the perfect finishing touch, allowing me to reach home on time thru my desired way .. I am immensely grateful to him for his thoughtfulness, and to Mr. Naveen Mohan for connecting me with him.
Mr. Mohan’s care extended even after my departure, as he made sure I messaged him upon reaching home following the night drive—an extraordinary gesture that speaks volumes about his kindness and dedication as a General Manager.
While I must share that housekeeping faced challenges which I felt was due to limited staffing, which slightly affected the cleanliness , I DO NOT fault the hardworking team member who managed multiple responsibilities alone (Rajjat) with such dedication.
I am confident this area will improve with additional staff and improvements..
Once again, my sincere thanks to Mr. Naveen Mohan for leading such a compassionate, capable team. His personal commitment, warmth, and human touch truly make him the finest GM I have had the pleasure of meeting. I am immensely grateful for everything he and his team did to make my stay so special.
