House keeping staff kept the rooms impeccably clean. They added personal touches with their skilful display at towel art. The use of glass bottles instead of single use plastic bottles is commendable. The front desk and the reception staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful.
The F&B manager Mr. Yogesh Mehta and his team sprung into action and expertly whipped up Karimeen Pollichathu, a succulent fish enveloped by an array of masala, spices wrapped in banana leaf, distinctive to the region. It was a wonder to witness endless trays of the very popular Manchurian chicken being devoured!
Sterling Munnar treated us as special guests and touched our hearts with the grand display of presenting us with gifts of tea, nuts and of course the very personalized complimentary dinner. Thank you for making our trip so memorable.
