Best experience, hospitality and food was great. The location adds more stars to the resort. Every need was taken care and made the day special for us. I personally enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options to cater to different tastes.
We booked this resort around two months in advance, even arranging for a taxi to pick us up. However, we were a bit apprehensive when the taxi forgot about us, and we wondered what would happen with our room and safari bookings. Fortunately, when we arrived, our room was ready, and we asked to meet Mr. Manoj, the General Manager of both Sterling properties. The front office team informed us that he was out of station, but we were pleasantly surprised when we received a message from him at 11 pm with our jeep number. I called him to thank him, and he even wished us a happy anniversary – what a great follow-up!
We are thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service and attention to detail at Sterling Resort. The staff’s commitment to ensuring our stay was memorable is truly commendable. We are already planning our next trip, and this time, we will definitely be heading to Padam Pench. The warm hospitality and stunning location of Sterling Resorts have won our hearts, and we look forward to creating more cherished memories with them.
