The room service staff including Akshay and Shalini are through and friendly too.
Suggestion
They need to improve the road leading to the hotel, the potholes, the lighting and signage so first impressions was not very welcoming
The restaurant door windows need to be cleaned at least 3 times a day to prevent smudging and marks and windows cleaned more frequently
Pool is nice but the loungers are very uncomfortable and need cushions or replacing to rattan ones. Music would be nice as well as some balls and armbands for kids
It would be very good business for hotel if they had a pool bar. They should display drink menus on tables and pool bar and also have happy hour for drinks and deliver drinks to activities room where everyone socialised.
The massage area was nice but quite expensive 4500 inr whereas outside resort there are many for 1600 inr including Santhisukan and Lulu Massage
Overall we had an amazing stay because the location food staff were very good and one of our best family holidays abroad.
