I had a great time with sterling Munnar, the staff there is really polite especially Aditi from the Reception; welcomed us with pleasant smile almost every day :). The rooms were clean and housekeeping staff was really good too; Manu and Krishna made sure my room is clean every day without fail! Felt good! The only thing just wanted the food to have menus change every day, at least for a week! Overall great experience; huge property and a lot of activities too 🙂
