From check-in to check-out, everything was handled with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile. A big heartfelt thank you to Justin, Adithyan, Alan, Chef Vishal, and especially Chef Clittus for their fabulous service and hospitality. Each one of them went above and beyond to make my stay truly special.
The highlight of my stay was definitely the live counter, where Chef Clittus showcased his amazing skills and friendly personality. The way he interacted with guests, customized dishes to our taste, and cooked everything with such passion made every meal memorable.
Chef Vishal’s culinary creations were equally delightful — every dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented.
The property itself is serene and scenic, offering breathtaking views of Munnar’s greenery — but what truly makes Sterling Munnar special is the team. Justin’s professionalism, Adithyan’s helpful nature, Alan’s warm service, and both the chefs’ dedication created an experience that felt personal and heartwarming.
A big thank you to the entire Sterling Munnar team for making my trip unforgettable. I’ll definitely be visiting again and recommending Sterling to all my friends and family!
