Our family trip to Ooty was truly wonderful, and our stay at this hotel made it even more memorable. The staff were extremely courteous and welcoming, especially at the reception. Housekeeping was exceptional — the rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day, and our belongings were neatly arranged even when we left things scattered. The overall cleanliness and attention to detail were impressive.
The only minor downside was that the food prices were slightly on the higher side, and there’s room for improvement there. However, the hotel’s location is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It offers a serene and pleasant environment, perfect for a relaxing stay.
