We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sterling, Panchgani. The hospitality was excellent — the staff were courteous and always ready to help. A special mention to Chef Priyanshu, who went the extra mile to make my husband’s birthday celebration truly special. His efforts and attention to detail made our evening memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for warm service and a great experience.
