The staff is efficient and professional. The rooms are clean and well maintained. But the last time I stayed there my experience was nothing short of outstanding. One of my colleagues fell ill on our last day at the hotel. The staff at the front desk(Specially Mr. Harsh), concierge desk, housing keeping all sprung into action. They called the doctor on-call and made sure the doctor was at the hotel as soon as possible. The staff made sure that my friend was comfortable and got appropriate food and liquids. The Front office manager was efficient and knowledgeable. The cohesiveness and efficiency at which the hotel staff work was just amazing. We are very grateful for the help they provided and the efficiency in which it was done. There are numerous staff from the hotel to thank but a few I will mention here Ms. Sonia Kumari Chauhan . Thank you and hope to stay at the property the next time I visit Rishikesh.
