I had a pleasant two-day stay at Sterling Thekkady.
The room was very neat and spacious. Housekeeping service was excellent—Vyshak cleaned our room and did a great job. I would like to appreciate Mr. Sumesh, the Housekeeping Manager, for his excellent support.
The food at the restaurant was tasty and well-prepared. Karpagaraj, the Restaurant Manager, was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our meals.
The only suggestion I have is to kindly brief your front office staff to welcome guests with a warm smile.
Initially, I thought Sterling Thekkady was a resort, but it turned out to be a single-building hotel. Nevertheless, the experience was exceptional.
