As a Sterling Member, our recent stay at Sterling Wayanad turned out to be our best experience so far. While our earlier experiences had not always met expectations, this visit completely changed our perception.
From the moment we arrived, the team ensured a smooth and warm check-in experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and tastefully designed, and the overall upkeep of the property was excellent.
A special thanks to Mr. Beinel and Ms. Dimple for assisting us with bookings and accommodating our special requests. The restaurant team, including the manager, chef, and staff like Nancy and Raju, were extremely courteous and attentive, offering great vegetarian and Jain food options.
We also appreciated the efforts of Mr. Dilip for engaging activities, and the front office team including Anisha and Neethu for their outstanding hospitality. Even the security staff went the extra mile to make our experience enjoyable.
This was truly a fantastic trip for our group, and one of the best experiences we’ve had with Sterling. We look forward to many more such holidays and hope to see this level of consistency across all our future stays.
