We had a truly memorable stay at Sterling Mussoorie. The resort is picture-perfect, located beautifully on the mountain with breathtaking views of the valley, clouds, and lush greenery. It truly felt like staying inside the clouds.
From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff welcomed us warmly, helped with our luggage, explained the room facilities clearly, and were always available whenever we needed assistance. The rooms were clean, hygienic, and comfortable, and the amenities were well maintained.
The buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a good spread of dishes, including local flavours. The entrance lobby beautifully reflected pahadi culture, adding to the charm of the property.
A special appreciation to Mr. Sultan, who helped us get beautiful scenic rooms and ensured we were comfortable as senior citizens by allotting rooms on the same floor to avoid climbing stairs. Even when the highway was closed due to a landslide and we had to extend our stay, the team welcomed us back like family and made sure we were comfortable.
Mr. Sultan’s helpful nature and never-say-no attitude truly stood out. He is an asset to Sterling. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely return again.
