We had a good holiday experience at Sterling Panchgani. Our room offered a lovely mountain view, especially beautiful during the monsoon, with the Sahyadri Mountains covered in clouds and the Bilhar Waterfall visible from our room.
The cleanliness and hygiene standards that we associate with Sterling were well maintained throughout our stay. A special appreciation to Mr. Chand and Mr. Ramesh from housekeeping for their professional, efficient, and cordial service.
At the restaurant, Mr. Jagmohan stood out for his exceptional efficiency, professionalism, and helpful suggestions. Mr. Anshu was also professional and attentive, while Chef Sunil Chettri prepared several dishes that we truly enjoyed.
